Job Type: Full-time, Permanent positions available, 30 hours
Wage: $22 per hour
Vacation Pay: 4% of gross wages
Annual Performance Bonus: Available based on productivity and performance

Job Duties:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of farm workers and harvesting labourers.
• Train workers in farm duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Monitor mushroom substrate preparation and production processes.
• Oversee daily mushroom cultivation and harvesting operations.
• Develop and implement work schedules.
• Operate, maintain, and coordinate repairs of farm equipment.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain production records and report operational issues to management.
• Perform other farm-related duties as required
Working Abilities and Physical Capabilities:
• Heavy lifting required
• Ability to work long hours, early mornings and weekends is required
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Language: English

No formal education required. Basic mathematical skills are an asset. Loader certification preferred. Two (2) years of related experience preferred.
