Vacancy: Farm Supervisor
Position Type: Permanent, full-time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Compensation: To be negotiated based on experience
Wage Range: $36–$40 per hour
Hours: 30 to 60+ hours per week
Education:
Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience. Mechanical certification considered an asset.
Language:
Must be fluent in English.
Experience Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant farm experience
- Mechanical experience strongly recommended
Key Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Supervise and oversee crop-growing and related field operations
- Maintain work records and logs
- Operate and maintain modern farm machinery and equipment
- Perform general farm duties as required
