Positions Available: 2
Salary: $23.20/Hr for 40 Hrs/Week.
Vacation Pay: As Per BC Employment Standard Act.
Job Type: Permanent, Full time.
Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible
Employment groups: Youth, Veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces, Visible minorities, Indigenous people, Newcomers to Canada, Seniors.

Job Duties:
Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Ensure farm safety procedures are followed. Develop work schedules and establish procedures. Hire and Train Staff. Maintain quality control and production records. Maintain work records and logs. May perform general farm duties when required. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
