JRG Glass House Estates Winery Ltd. is looking for a farm supervisor to join the team. The main job duties and responsibilities are mentioned below:
• Coordinate, assign and supervise the work of general farm workers.
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
• Maintain quality control and production records.
• May perform general farm duties.
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
