Job Description:
A&M Orchards Ltd. Located in Keremeos, BC is looking to hire a full time and permanent Farm Supervisor.
The person does require Secondary(High) school education and 1 to less than 2 years of experience, and English is an asset.
The person must be able to perform some duties as part of work and that includes:
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Select livestock for sale
• Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Perform general farm duties
We pay a competitive wage of $20.75 hourly/ 40 hours per week.
