Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Shift, Weekend
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Physically Demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and large workload
Farm Supervisor Specific Skills: Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, Develop work schedule and establish procedures, Supervisor and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
Additional Skills: Maintain work records and logs, Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, Hire and train staff
Work Site Environment: Outdoors
