Farm Supervisor Job

KFS Kelowna Fruit Stand Ltd is looking for a full-time (at least 40 hours per week) Farm Supervisor to help us in our daily operation.
Location: 5225 Hwy 97 N Kelowna, British Columbia V1V 2K4
Duties and responsibilities:
• Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Hire and train staff
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Perform general farm duties
Requirements:
• Secondary education is required
• 1 Year to 2 Years of Experience
• Ability to supervise 3-4 people
Remuneration:
• Salary at least $23.00 per hour for at least 40 hours per week
• Benefits - Extended Health Care
