Job Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of general farm workers involved in planting, seeding, transplanting, irrigation, crop maintenance, harvesting, and packing
• Assign duties and monitor work to ensure tasks are completed according to farm schedules and quality standards
• Train workers in job duties, workplace safety, food safety, and biosecurity procedures
• Monitor crop and field conditions and report issues related to pests, disease, weeds, irrigation, or equipment to management
• Ensure the proper use, cleaning, and upkeep of tools, equipment, and work areas
• Maintain work records such as attendance, hours worked, and daily task completion
• Assist in coordinating harvested produce handling and the movement of farm supplies
• Resolve routine operational issues and ensure workers follow employer procedures

Working Condition: Outdoors, wet/damp, rain/ shine, odours, hot/cold.
