Job Description:
Parson farms Ltd is looking for a permanent full-time Farm Supervisor to join our team.
Working hours at least 30.00 to 60.00 hours per week.
Early morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend, Overtime required.
Requirements
Language: English fluent
Work Location: On site only (no remote work)
Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work Site Environment
•Oilseed farming
•Other grain farming
•Miscellaneous crop farming
•Dusty, hot, noisy, odours present
•Outdoor work in all weather conditions
Work Setting
•Rural area
•Remote location
•Willingness to relocate required
Duties
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• Maintain work records and logs
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Perform general farm duties
