Farm Supervisor Job

• Assign duties, such as tiling soil, planting, cultivating and spraying plants and gathering crops.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activates of workers engaged in planting, cultivating and harvesting crops.
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• Evaluate weather and soil conditions and to develop plans and procedures.
• Make reports on time for equipment, material, and productions.
• Check if there is need for any fertilizers and pesticides for the farm.
• Ensure farm safety and security procedures are followed.
• Perform other related tasks.
