Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

Job Duties:
• Coordinate regarding work plans and programs and make recommendations for improvement, land preparation, fertilizing, planting crops, cultivation, and harvesting.
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Ensure farm safety and procedures are followed
• Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment and supplies.
• May perform general farm duties, when required.
Essential Skills: Oral communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, continuous learning. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
