Farm Supervisor Job

The individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

Job duties:

• Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and biosecurity procedures.
• Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
• Maintain work records and logs.
• Hire and train staff.

Job Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years of experience.
Education: Secondary School or less
Skills: Team-Player, Punctual, Efficient, attention to detail, repetitive Tasks
Benefits: 4acation pay or 2 weeks per year
