Wage Rate: $22.00/hour, 40.00 hours per week.

Education: High School required
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Language: No language is required
Benefits: Accommodation will be provided @ $20/week, relocation expenses & medical insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.
Job Duties:
• Manage all the job duties for general farm workers Supervise procedures to maintain crop health and welfare.
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies.
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
• Ensure farm safety, food safety and security.
• Maintain quality control and production records.
Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Continuous learning.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Dusty, rain/ shine, hot/cold weather (Candidate should be physically able and willing to work on the farm in rain/sun or shine)
