Farm Supervisor Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your skills, knowledge, and expertise as a dedicated Farm Supervisor. Come and join us.

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• Coordinate and oversee farm activities to ensure that deadlines for seeding, harvesting, and other crop operations are met;
• Monitor crop health and welfare and ensure that established procedures are properly followed;
• Inspect farm buildings and equipment to ensure routine maintenance is performed and necessary repairs are completed;
• Maintain and regularly monitor the irrigation system to support proper crop care;
• Train, assign, and supervise general farm workers and harvesting labourers, and coordinate their daily activities;
• Supervise compliance with applicable government regulations and enforce health and safety standards

Requirements:
• Secondary school or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Possesses and is able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Organized, Team player
