Farm Supervisor Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your skills, knowledge, and expertise as a dedicated Farm Supervisor. Come and join us.

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• Set and Monitor the water pipelines;
• Examine produce quality and quantity and prepare it for market;
• To monitor irrigation and the soil moisture as per crop requirements;
• Plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, irrigate and harvest;
• Plant, grow and harvest in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring productivity and quality goals are met or exceeded;
• Spray fertilizer or pesticide solutions to control insects, fungi, and weeds;
• Perform other general duties on the farm as required.

Requirements:
• Secondary school or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year related working experience
• Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Organized, Team player
