Permanent Position: Farm Supervisor (NOC:8252)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening

Wage Rate: $22/hr, 40 hours per week.

Benefits: Accommodation will be provided @ $30/week. Relocation expenses & medical
insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Education: High School

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Languages: Basic Knowledge of English.

Type of Farm Operations: Fruits and Vegetable

Job Duties:
 Manage all the job duties for general farm workers.

 Supervise procedures to maintain crop health and welfare.

 Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.

 Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies.

 Develop work schedules and establish procedures.

 Ensure farm safety, food safety and security.

 Maintain quality control and production records.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure,
Attention to detail, standing, walking.

Essential Skills: Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, significant use of
memory, Ability to manage people.
