Log Barn 1912 Enterprises Corp. located in Armstrong, BC is looking for the suitable individual for Farm supervisor position for its Armstrong, BC location. The details are as follows:
Number of Positions: 1

Work Hours: 40.00 hours per week
Duration of Job: Full time, Permanent
Main duties
• Co-ordinate, assign and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborer
• Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-and poultry related programs
• Supervise, monitor and enforce procedures to maintain animal and crop health and welfare
• Supervise and oversee the planting, cultivating, growing and harvesting processing of the fruit trees, crops, hay and other crops.
• Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies
• Ensure farm safety, food safety and security and bio-security procedures are followed
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures
• Maintain quality control, health and production records
• Maintain work records and logs
• Perform general farm duties if needed
• Other duties as per instruction.

Employment requirements
• Secondary school graduation is required.
• 1+ years of farm supervisor work experience is required
• Farm experience in Canada will be an asset.
