Farm Supervisor
DSB Blueberries is seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations
Duties
Check and monitor for pests such as worms, moths, caterpillars, snails, and slugs. Watch for areas with poor drainage in the field.
Check and monitor for soil moisture.
Monitor for weeds and control as needed.
Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers.
Supervise the growing and harvesting operations of the fruits.
Make work schedules for the farm workers.
Report the quantity of the fruits harvested by weight.
Train general farm workers on farm duties.
Other general farm duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of relevant farming Experience needed
Ability to work under all weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour - 40 hrs/week.
