Job Title: Farm Supervisor
No. of Positions: 2
Wage: 19.00/ hour
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
Job Type: Full time, Permanent positions
Language: English
Education: High School required
Experience: 1-2 year of supervisor experience is required
Job Description:
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Supervise harvesting procedures
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures, may be required to attend regular meetings
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are always being followed by workers
• Train new employees and assist workers in their duties as needed
• Oversee the overall handling of produce to ensure production meets the highest quality of standards for the company
Working & Physical Abilities:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, that may be physically demanding with repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination
