Farm Supervisor Job

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily farm operations and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Manage and coordinate the work of farm staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor the cultivation process from spawning to harvesting, ensuring optimal growing conditions.
• Ensure that all farm equipment and facilities are maintained in good working condition.
• Manage the inventory of raw materials, such as compost, spawn, and other supplies.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that the products meet the required standards.
• Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including production data, labor hours, and equipment usage.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the farm manager.

Employment Requirements:

• College Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years of experience as farm supervisor in commercial farming, crop production or a related agricultural operation
