Job Duties:
• Co-ordinate, assign and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
• Supervise, monitor and enforce procedures to maintain crop health and welfare
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Supervise, operate and maintain farm equipment
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• May perform general farm duties.

Working Conditions:
• Work in wet, damp, strong odours, dust, cold environments, outdoors, noisy.
• Heavy workloads, stand, bend, crouch, and kneel.
• Repetitive task.
• Job is physically demanding, ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
