Job Duties:
• Coordinate, assign, and supervise the work of farm workers engaged in blueberry cultivation, and organic food production.
• Monitor and enforce procedures to maintain the health and welfare of crops, ensuring high-quality and sustainable production.
• Supervise and oversee the planting, fertilizing, pruning, and harvesting of blueberries.
• Plan and organize daily farm operation related to blueberry cultivation and organic product preparation.
• Supervise the maintenance and repair of farm equipment, and supplies.
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and establish procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise the production of organic blueberry products, including organic blueberry juice, baby food, and freeze-dried blueberries, ensuring compliance with organic certification standards.
• Implement and enforce farm safety protocols, food safety standards, and bio-security measures.
• Maintain accurate quality control and production records for blueberries, and organic products.
• Train farm workers in their duties and safety protocols.
