Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Work Experience required: 2 years to less than 3 years
Language: English
Work Conditions and physical Capability: Attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Personal Suitability: Organised, excellent oral communication
Job Duties:
• Managing overall operations of the farm.
• Determining the amount and kinds of crops to be grown.
• Organizing and coordinating planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities.
• Hiring and managing farm personnel.
• Establish a marketing program.
• Keeping financial and production records.
• Purchase farm machinery, livestock, seed, and other supplies.
• Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings
• Perform farming duties.
