Farm Manager Job

A&M Orchards Ltd. Located in Keremeos BC is looking to hire a full-time & permanent Farm Manager. The person should have a secondary education and have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:
• Monitoring animal health
• Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
• Manage overall operation of farm
• Purchase machinery, livestock, seed, feed and other supplies
• Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown and livestock to be raised
• Establish marketing programs
• Maintain financial and production records
• Perform general farm duties
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

We pay competitive wages of $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.
