Job Duties:
Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment for various agricultural tasks
Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
Maintain equipment at all times and complete repairs during downtime
Progressive farm practices to maximize crop yields, Cropping 13,000 acres and growing
Attach snow moving equipment and move snow as required to allow for equipment to move during winter months
Utilize basic math skills for measuring and mixing fertilizers and pesticides
Haul grain to bins from fields as required if applicable
Keep equipment and shop clean and follow safety procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
