is in need of Farm Labourers

Employment Terms: Full Time – Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the inspection, grading, and sorting of carrots to ensure quality standards are met.
2. Participate in stacking, packing, weighing, and labeling carrot bags for storage and shipment.
3. Load, unload, and move harvested carrots and farm materials as required.
4. Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and storage facilities in a safe and organized manner.
5. Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
6. Assist with general farm labour duties, and work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production and packaging targets.
7. Perform other related farm duties as required.
Employment Requirements:
1. Education: No specific education requirement.
2. Work Experience: Previous farm experience would be an asset but not required; On-the-job training will be provided.
Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week; working hours may vary depending on stage of production; 1-2 varied day off per week
Wage: $15.35/hour
