Education: Secondary School level diploma/certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work Site Environment: Dusty, Noisy, Odours, Outdoors, Dairy
Work Setting: Rural area

Area of Specialization: Dairy cattle
Tasks: Diagnose livestock health issues, Handling animals, Monitor the calving process, Monitoring animal health, Treat livestock health issues, Carry out a pasture or pen breeding programs, Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, Formulate feeding program, Maintain livestock performance records, Maintain quality control and production records, Maintain work records and logs, Perform general farm duties
Equipment and Machinery Experience: Milking system (automated)
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Large workload
