Hilltop Produce Ltd. is seeking a reliable and experienced Farm Equipment Operator with a mechanical background to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position working in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
Job Details
Salary: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour (negotiable)
Hours: 50 hours per week
Schedule: Early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and overtime as required
Start Date: As soon as possible

Outdoor work in various weather conditions
Conditions include: dusty, hot, noisy, wet/damp environments
Work may involve heights and confined spaces

Key Responsibilities
Organize and prioritize daily farm tasks
Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
Fertilize and spray crops as required
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Maintain accurate work records and logs
Perform general farm duties

Requirements
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role

Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
