Senior’s Age: Dad (79) and Mom (75)

Job Duties:
• Assist in the preparation and serving of healthy meals on time.
• Help with light exercises and accompany them on short walks.
• Remind them to take medications on schedule.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping like laundry and cleaning.
• Accompany them to doctor visits or other appointments when needed.
• Assist with routine activities when needed.
