Looking for a compassionate Faith-Based Nurse to provide holistic nursing care that integrates clinical support with spiritual encouragement. This role supports individuals and families through health education, wellness screenings, care coordination, and community outreach while aligning with the nonprofit’s faith-based mission and values.

Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic nursing assessments, wellness checks, and health screenings.
Educate clients on preventive care, chronic disease management, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.
Coordinate referrals and connect clients to healthcare providers and community resources.
Support clients through advocacy, follow-ups, and health system navigation.
Offer spiritual support (prayer, encouragement, and active listening) when appropriate and welcomed.
Participate in outreach events and collaborate with staff, volunteers, and faith/community partners.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow privacy/confidentiality guidelines.
Qualifications
Active RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing.
1–3 years nursing experience (community health or outreach preferred).
Commitment to the organization’s mission and faith-based values.
Strong communication, empathy, and ability to work with diverse populations.
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
Preferred:Faith Community Nursing training/certification, bilingual skills, case management or public health experience.
