Job Description:
[ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ]
?Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the daily operations and maintenance of
resort facilities.
?Develop and oversee safety inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair
schedules.
?Manage facility budgets, prepare related statistics and reports.
?Supervise service contracts and outsourced vendors (cleaning, security,
landscaping, etc.).
?Coordinate construction, renovation, or expansion projects.
?Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance and support staff to ensure service
quality and efficiency.
?Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving or sustainability
initiatives.
?Ensure compliance with provincial health, safety, and building regulations.
?Respond promptly to guest and operational issues related to facilities, ensuring
minimal disruption to resort services.
?Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, and oversee procurement
as needed.
Job Types: Full-time
Hourly Wage: $48.50/hour
Working Hours: 30 hours/week

[ REQUIREMENTS ]
1.Education: College diploma or university degree in architecture, facility
management, business administration, or a related field.
2.Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in facility operations,
engineering management, or related supervisory/managerial role. Resort, hotel, or
construction project experience is an asset.
3.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and vendor coordination skills;
knowledge of facility budgeting and safety management.
4.Language: English (verbal and written)
