Job Duties:
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable glass solutions.
• Prepare reports on production, maintenance, and inventory.
• Read blueprints to figure out glass sizes and materials needed.
• Recommend the right type of glass products or services to customers.
• Estimate the cost of glass cutting, installation, and maintenance.
• Create safety checklists and maintenance schedules for machines.
• Oversee repair and upkeep of cutting machines and tools.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff in the facility.
• Solve customer issues related to products or services.
• Keep track of materials and tools, and order more when needed.
