We are looking for Permanent & F/T Shipping Supervisor!

Job Title: Shipping Supervisor
Wage: $31.00 ~ $37.00 per hour (depending on experience and skills)
Working Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time (willing to work early morning)
Benefit(s): 10 days’ paid vacation / Extended Medical Insurance after 6 months of employment
Job vacancy: 1 Full-Time job
Job duties you will be responsible for:
- Manage the work schedule to ensure adequate coverage for the warehouse.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers at the warehouse.
- Train all warehouse personnel to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
- Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
- Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment.
- Hire and train workers.
- Establish work schedules and resolve work related problems.
- Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
- Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders.
- All other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Completion of High School is required.
- Minimum 2 years’ warehouse experience in a supervisory role or related experience
- English
