Exterior Services Subcontractor – Squeegee Squad

Squeegee Squad is looking for reliable and motivated subcontractors to join our growing team. We are seeking experienced individuals or crews who take pride in delivering high-quality exterior cleaning and property maintenance services for commercial and residential clients.

This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors looking for consistent work, flexible scheduling, and the ability to grow with a professional service company.

Services Include:
Pressure washing sidewalks, parking lots, buildings, and common areas
Oil stain removal and degreasing
Storefront cleaning including glass and entryways
Awning cleaning
Slip hazard removal
Graffiti removal
Tennis court and specialty surface cleaning
Loading dock and warehouse cleaning
Solar panel cleaning
Gutter cleaning
Exterior window cleaning

Responsibilities:
Complete assigned jobs professionally and on schedule
Operate pressure washing and exterior cleaning equipment safely
Communicate effectively with management and clients
Ensure all work areas are clean and secure upon completion
Follow all safety and environmental guidelines
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning preferred
Must have reliable transportation
Must have your own equipment (preferred but not required depending on assignment)
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to handle physically demanding work in outdoor environments
Business license and insurance preferred for subcontractors
