THE JOB:

Conduct residential roof repairs and/or replacements across the Snohomish County area. Work as part of a team and deliver quality results on every job.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete roof replacements and/or repairs according to job scope

Walk homeowners through findings

Work individually or as part of a crew

Follow safety and quality standards on every job

Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED:

1+ year of roofing experience
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
Able to lift 30 lbs. regularly and perform physical work (includes bending, climbing, kneeling)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for driving roles)
Employment contingent on successful completions of pre-employment drug test, physical, background check and MVR (for driving roles).
SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

Reports to Guardians Everett branch and dispatched to job sites throughout the Snohomish County
Monday–Friday, 6:30am to finish
Occasional weekend availability preferred
