We are seeking an Experienced Live Table Games Dealer II to join our dynamic gaming team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting live casino table games with professionalism, accuracy, and enthusiasm, ensuring an engaging and fair gaming experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess advanced dealer skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of casino operations. Your expertise will contribute to creating a lively, welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

Conduct a variety of live table games such as blackjack, pai gow tiles, craps, roulette, and baccarat with precision and adherence to established rules and procedures.
Manage game flow efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor to enhance guest engagement.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including payouts, bets, and chip exchanges, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Resolve guest concerns or disputes promptly through effective conflict management techniques while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Communicate game rules clearly to guests of diverse backgrounds and ensure they understand betting options and procedures.
Monitor game integrity by observing for irregularities or cheating activities and reporting any suspicious behavior.
Maintain detailed records of wagers, payouts, and game outcomes for audit purposes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts and assist in training new dealers as needed.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a live table games dealer at an advanced level within a casino environment.
Strong knowledge of casino games rules, procedures, and industry standards.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
Minimum one year of experience live dealing at least two games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Pai Gow Tiles), in a Class III casino gaming facility
Proficiency in basic math to accurately handle chips, payouts, and calculations.
Demonstrated conflict management skills to address guest concerns effectively.
Ability to handle cash securely while maintaining attention to detail.
Prior experience in customer service roles within hospitality or gaming sectors is preferred.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to handle intoxicated guests in a professional manner.
Pay Transparency: $21-24/hr plus $24.80 guaranteed toke rate/hr
