Experienced House Cleaner Job

If you already have your own clients, that's fine. We help you get more clients. Earn more money by working with Apex Clean Building Care, we send you all the work you can handle.

You tell us your availability, what areas you want to work in and what types of cleanings you will accept. We send you the cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for.
Full time or part time okay. We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You take care of only the cleaning and get 60% of each job, which tends to average $25-$27 per cleaning hour.
You're able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business. Start Date: ASAP, interview and background screening takes a few days.
Apex Clean Building Care Residential Cleaning, LLC is not the employer of its registered cleaner; you would be accepting jobs as an independent cleaner, through a contract with us, as a 1099 contractor.
This opportunity is not suitable for you if you’re seeking a full-time job immediately. Once a cleaner works with our company, we will begin to send them jobs as much as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours’ worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will begin to build an ongoing client base.

Qualifications:
Must Have: 2+ years paid house cleaning experience 3 professional and 3 personal references
Speak conversational English
Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance
