CAREGIVER NEEDED IN DARLINGTON

Needing a part time position? We are looking for an Experienced Caregiver in the Darlington area.

Schedule:
27 Hours a week
Mid-day shifts, FLEXIBLE BETWEEN 10AM-5PM!! Only needed 2-3 hours a day to assist!

Compensation:
$18 an hour
Mileage reimbursed

Duties:
• Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout the day.
• Housekeeping, Laundry and basic home cares
• Medication administration
• Personal cares: bathing, toileting: ostomy changing, and catheter cares, bowel program, dressing and grooming
• Hoyer assisted Transfers
• Repositioning often due to bed sores
• Organizational skills to assist in removing clutter
• Running errands
*Reliable transportation and driver's license and insurance required
*Background check must be passed prior to hire.

*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.

Our services and supports help older adults and people with disabilities and other long-term care needs remain safe and independent at home. Assisting the CLTS program finding respite providers throughout Wisconsin. We work alongside individuals and families to help them understand, enroll in, and manage care services, providing guidance every step of the way.
