As we journey through an exciting phase of growth and expansion, we are in search of a Business Development Vice-president who will not only spearhead our growth initiatives but also play a pivotal role in shaping our team and operations.

The Role:
As a Business Development Vice-president at LA PETITE COLLINE & SHAN SHAN CAFE, you will be instrumental in driving our brand's strategic expansion. This role extends beyond traditional business development; it is about building and nurturing a team that embodies our values and vision.
Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies for new market penetration, partnership development, and revenue growth. Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
2.Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of middle managers across various departments, ensuring they are aligned with our brand's vision and goals. Provide mentorship and leadership to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
3.Operational Excellence: Work closely with the operational team to streamline processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure that the customer experience is in line with our high standards, and operational practices support business growth.
4.Partnership and Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit the brand and ensure a steady supply of high-quality ingredients and materials.
5.Brand and Community Engagement: Enhance brand visibility and community engagement through strategic marketing initiatives and public relations efforts. Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings.

Minimum 5 years work experience in business development, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
Minimum 3 years as a senior manager role with experience in recruiting, training, and managing a diverse team.
Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related areas.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
A deep appreciation for Taiwanese culture and a passion for the culinary arts.
