Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive located in Erlanger, KY. This role will require some time in the office and some time dedicated to face to face meetings with customers. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, building and maintaining a client base, conducting sales calls, and preparing sales reports. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for new business.

Qualifications

Sales, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
