Job Description:
Leads Cleveland State University (CSU) compliance program, assuring adherence to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations and CSU policies, standards, and procedures. Promotes an institutional culture of integrity and ethical decision-making set by the Board of Trustees. Oversees the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) and NCAA compliance. Responds to regulatory inquiries and serves as the chair of the Institutional Compliance Committee. Provides strategic vision, goals, and compliance objectives that effectively manage and mitigate risks. Works with others to proactively identify risks and develops and implements strategies, programs, and procedures to mitigate risks. Aids in disaster recovery, loss prevention, and emergency action plans. Provides training and serves on various committees. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
