Executive Chef – LGN Hospitality, LLC – Akron, Ohio

LGN Hospitality is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a high-volume, fine dining restaurant in the Akron area.

Responsibilities:

• Execute menu offerings with consistency and attention to detail
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen team members
• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
• Manage food costs, inventory, and purchasing
• Oversee kitchen operations, sanitation, and equipment maintenance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
• Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing food costs and inventory
• Passion for culinary excellence and hospitality
