Job Title: Executive Assistant (NOC #12100)

Corinex Communications Corp. is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide senior-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is critical to ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of executive operations, internal coordination, and office administration.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic corporate environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
• Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and meeting minutes
• Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense tracking, with prior approval
• Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, clients, and stakeholders
• Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO as required
• Assist with confidential and time-sensitive matters, ensuring accuracy, discretion, and timely follow-up
• Support office operations, including document management, filing systems, expense reports, purchase requisitions, and record keeping
• Coordinate office logistics such as meeting room bookings, office supplies, vendor communications, and access control
• Assist with basic financial administration tasks, including expense reconciliation and coordination with finance staff
• Support internal coordination related to company events, executive travel schedules, and business meetings
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned to support executive and organizational operations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role is required
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal judgment, with the ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented while supporting ad-hoc and on-call needs of the CEO; demonstrates flexibility with occasional overtime as required
• Strong emotional self-regulation and resilience under pressure, combined with a genuine willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve
• Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and maturity, maintaining professionalism in high-stakes or fast-moving environments
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional corporate environment while maintaining focus, composure, and attention to detail
• Experience supporting senior executives or management is a strong asset, particularly in roles requiring high emotional intelligence and adaptability
Salary and Benefits
• Salary: CAD $90,000 per year, paid semi-monthly
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Benefits: Eligible to participate in the company’s group benefits plan following the probation period
• Vacation: Three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year, pro-rated in the first year, in accordance with company policy
