Position: Independent Contractor (1099) – Roofing & Restoration

Role Responsibilities

Knock on Doors: Engage with homeowners in your designated area
Educate Homeowners: Discuss the benefits of our free professional inspection
Set Appointments: Arrange qualified appointments (“Sits”) for our sales team
No Selling Required: No pricing, contracts, or selling involved

Payment Structure

$75 for every Qualified Sit

A sit qualifies when the decision-maker is present and the appointment is kept

$200 Bonus for each sit that converts into a sold job

Example Earnings

6 Sits per Week = $750/week
8–10 Sits per Week = $900–$1,200+

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to get to assigned neighborhoods.
Smartphone for tracking leads/appointments.
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
Ability to walk/stand for extended periods.
