Job Requirements

Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience
1 year to 2 years apprenticeship program or industry course in heavy equipment operating combined with on-the-job training is required.

Work Conditions
Must have great attention to detail and handle working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
• Provide support to successful completion of demolition& excavation work
• Operate heavy equipment like earth movers, front-end loaders, graders and other demolition and excavating related equipment.
• Operate the equipment in the right direction and angles to prevent accidents and damage of property.

• Ensure and operate the machines or equipment in a safe and secure way.
• Perform periodical safety, maintenance or servicing checks to ensure proper functioning of the equipment.
• Perform equipment checks periodically
• Inform and advise the management or repairmen for major repairs or maintenance
• Drive and control the equipment
• Respond to signals and directions by the staff and work in coordination with them
