Job Description:
• Train new and seasonal staff and supervise current party packing staff.
• Maintain daily communication with call center and event planning staff to set schedule of upcoming picking and packing needs, setting monthly, weekly, and daily task goals to guide department staff in setting priorities.
• Maintains daily communication with the Product Manager.
• Communicate between all departments involved in party and event process including accounting, call center, executive assistant, shipping/receiving, product, retail, and volunteer.
• Take ultimate responsibility in the timely delivery of party and event product, follow through for return of product, tracking shipment, and communication with call center supervisor.
• Create and maintain display needs and promotion material needs for parties and events.
• Maintains the inventory of promotional materials as Banners and Display materials.
• Maintains the tracking and filing systems for the entire party or event tracking process.
• Steps in as leader in the absence of the Product Manager, understands the scope and process of the department.
• Picks and packs (if needed) for parties or events, according to the system.
• Handles the financial needs of the party or event including acquiring tax codes, handling tills, and delivering finances from completed parties and events directly to accounting.
• Manages the return process of an assigned party or event according to the system.

• Manages an entire conference set process, including; receiving and re-setting the conference set, return counting, and price checking.
• Maintains communication with Consultants about product order and replenishment.
• Maintains internal tracking records for party and events out.
• Participates in quarterly physical inventory counts.
• Assists in prep for product put-away.
• And other duties as assigned in support of WAR, Intl’s mission
Job Requirements:
• Leadership skills, able to delegate, able to train others, detail oriented, works independently, project management skills, financial integrity, computer skills (Excel).
