Job Description:
2441925 Ontario Inc. O/A Queen's Manor Event Centre located at 2 Auction Ln, Brampton, ON L6T 0C4 requires 1 Event Coordinator on Permanent and Full-time basis
Wage: $ 36 per hour
Hours: 37.50 hours per week
Education required: College.
Experience: Must have 2 years to less than 3 years of verifiable experience.

Job Duties:
· Developing event concepts, coordinating, and organizing all aspects of events by meeting stake holders like sponsors, organizers, vendors (caterers, florists, audio-visual technicians, and photographers) and others.
· Ensure compliance with city by-laws at every stage of planning.
· Managing, hiring and training a team of event staff, including event assistants and security personnel.
· Planning the venue layout including setup of tables, chairs and other event essentials according to the number of guests and the type of event.
· Create event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
· Act as the main point of contact for clients and guests during the event, addressing any concerns or special requests.
· Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served according to the agreed upon menu and schedule.
· Any other task for the smooth execution and coordination of the events.
