We are looking for an experienced Event & AV Services Technician with strong expertise in enterprise AV support, video conferencing, and live event production.
Required Skills:
? 5+ years of AV / Audio Visual experience
? Video Conferencing: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, WebEx
? Cisco Collaboration: CUCM, TMS, Expressway, Cisco Endpoints
Poly Endpoints and AV infrastructure support
Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC experience
Live Events support (All Hands, Town Halls, Webinars)
ServiceNow ticketing & incident management
? AV troubleshooting (Cameras, Microphones, Projectors, Displays, Audio Systems)
? Basic networking knowledge
