Evening Shift LPN or RN Position
Work Schedule:
HOURS: 2 PM - 10 PM
Schedule:- MON, TUE, WED, and THUR
With On-call rotation- Weekend and Holidays
Pay Ranges:
Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN)
Pay: $29.22–$39.45 $24.33 - $32.00 per hour
Additional Pay Incentives:
$7/hour evening shift differential OR Sign-On Bonus (Up to $10k paid out quarterly over a period of time), offered for 2 pm-10 pm shift only OR Student Loan Forgiveness: Available with either option above: (Quarterly loan forgiveness payout)
$2 night shift differential (10 pm-6 am all days)
Additional $2 weekend shift differential (offered from 6 am Saturday to 6 am Monday)
Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for coordinating residents' care in accordance with the Virginia Department of Social Services Standards and recognized nursing standards and practices. As a member of the Nursing Leadership team this position is responsible for implementing and auditing quality improvement measures. This position is also responsible for mentoring and coaching nurses and CNAs across Woodland Park and Transitional Care. Completion of performance reviews for supervised staff is also a required function of this position.

Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Past demonstrated supervisory, coaching, and support skills with personal care staff.
Previous experience in long-term care/SNF required.
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively while maintaining a professional working relationship with the Director of Nursing, nursing leadership team, physicians, employees, families, and community partners.
This role is knowledgeable and passionate about geriatric care, transitional, and long-term care.
Must possess the ability to supervise, coordinate, and effectively lead the activities of others.
Must be able to communicate orally, in writing, and through presentation effectively.
Must be able to work collaboratively throughout the entire organization to effectively engage staff, residents, family members, and other stakeholders.
Must possess computer experience with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for operations, report generation, and presentations.
Must possess a command of the English language, both written and spoken. Must be self-motivated, organized, and willing to be flexible to accommodate changing priorities.
Proven ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment with minimal supervision.
