Job Description:
1. Preach the message of the Gospel through preaching, teaching, and personal witness in accordance with the doctrines of the church;
2. Organize and lead evangelistic outreach events, missions, and community gatherings to spread the Christian faith;
3. Collaborate with church leadership to develop strategies for spiritual growth and community engagement;
4. Visit individuals and families--both church members and newcomers--to offer prayer, encouragement, and invitations to participate in church life;
5. Participate in follow-up ministry to help integrate new believers into the life of the church and connect them with small groups or support ministries
