Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
- 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a cook is required;
– Work experience in cooking Japanese cuisine is an asset.

Job duties:
- Prepare, make and present Nigiri Sushi and Sushi Rolls;
- Prepare, cook, and present Japanese dishes such as Deep-fried Chicken, Gyoza and Miso Soup;
- Maintain inventory and records of foods, ingredients, supplies and equipment;
- Place orders for foods, ingredients and supplies as necessary;
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions and presentation of food, and estimate food requirements;
- Clean, organize and inspect kitchen and work areas;
- Schedule staff as necessary
